FJB were awarded the contract to deliver a new purpose built brewing facility to be operated by local award winning craft brewers Burnside Brewery.
The project from breaking ground to handover took 22 weeks to complete and incorporated reclaimed local sandstone with Scottish larch cladding to be inkeeping and sympathetic to its rural surroundings.
Based in Aberdeenshire, between the Cairngorm Mountains and the North Sea, Burnside is an award-winning independent craft brewery known for producing distinctive beers using the finest Scottish malt and pure mountain water. The new facility was designed to support their continued growth, creating a modern, high-performing environment capable of scaling production while maintaining the quality and character at the heart of the brand.
