The Project.
FJB transformed a brownfield site into a modern, high-performance autoparts trade centre, designed with sustainability, efficiency and long-term growth in mind.
Through a carefully considered approach to design and delivery, the facility has significantly increased operational capacity – tripling stock holding and creating a space built to support the client’s future ambitions.
Established in 1973, Dingbro is synonymous with excellence in automotive component distribution. With over 1,500 employees across 33 sites, they are Scotland’s largest independent motor factoring group, servicing a vast area from Shetland and the Faroe Islands to the Scottish Borders and North West England. This new development reflects the scale and strength of their operation, providing a forward-looking environment to support continued growth.

FJB contracts has been a critical partner in the development and redevelopment of Dingbro’s property holdings. Their team of Contract and Project Managers have been consistently able to deliver a first class product and service, on time and on budget. Our latest branch in Montrose, some 7000 sq ft of warehouse and office space, is a perfect example of the care they take when constructing and delivering a bespoke space. Liaising with the management team to identify and deliver solutions to our changing needs was seamless, nothing was too much trouble. As a result of their performance, FJB are now contracted to develop our latest projects in Kirkcaldy, Ayr, and Perth having recently completed projects in Paisley, Greenock, Falkirk, Stirling and Bellshill.
