The Project.

FJB were the contractors of choice to deliver a two-storey extension to enhance the client’s existing facilities, creating a spacious canteen at ground floor level with a new laboratory and office space above.

The extension was carefully integrated with the existing building, improving both functionality and flow across the site. In addition, refurbishment works were carried out to upgrade toilet facilities, alongside full internal redecoration of the existing office areas.

The result is a well-balanced, modernised environment that supports staff welfare, operational needs and day-to-day efficiency across the business.

Project Snapshot.

FJB contacts were recommended to us for an internal development project to expand our current welfare facilities including the addition of a testing laboratory and office area on the first floor of our manufacturing facility in Westhill. We were impressed with FJB’s understanding of what we wanted to achieve from the initial meeting to the close out of the project. The project was completed within the projected timeline and the quality of workmanship was excellent while meeting all the Health and Safety requirements for the building site and the manufacturing facility. We have been impressed by FJB’s performance in all areas and have scheduled a second internal development project with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending FJB contracts for large or smaller projects of this type and will continue to award them any future work of this type we need to have carried out.
